Amidst the intricate choreography of securing transportation services, this Agreement, an amalgamation of terms, and the web-based booking form, serves as the comprehensive pact delineating the provision of taxi and airport transfer services (“Service”) between you and Mrs Taxi Crete. By completing the booking form and engaging in the Service, you unequivocally express your acceptance of the intricacies and diversities enshrined in this Agreement.
Booking
In the endeavour of reserving your taxi, it is imperative to allocate ample time, considering airline check-in requirements and potential delays attributable to traffic conditions. Mrs Taxi Crete absolves itself of responsibility for delays arising from your failure to allocate sufficient time for reaching your destination or if passengers are unprepared for collection at the designated time. Selecting an appropriately sized vehicle to accommodate passengers and luggage is your responsibility. Mrs Taxi Crete cannot guarantee the transport of excessive luggage. Notably, irrespective of age, a child counts as one passenger. If wheelchair transportation is required, please indicate this during the booking process.
Prices & Payment
- Mrs Taxi Crete will send a quote via email, derived from the information you provide. The rate negotiated and agreed upon by the company and the customer, relating to the specific service, does not include fines or other additional charges. The offer is subject to revision in the event of material changes to the original itinerary, number of passengers, or type/size of the required vehicle.
- The offer encompasses a waiting window of [60] minutes after the landing time without extra cost. Efforts will be made to ascertain flight delays before the driver departs for the airport, with no obligatory commitment.
- Upon acceptance of the offer, an email confirming your booking will be dispatched. Review your booking confirmation thoroughly and notify Mrs Taxi Crete immediately of any inaccuracies. Delays or costs arising from incorrect information are not the responsibility of Mrs Taxi Crete.
- Payment options include credit cards, debit cards, and cash. All payments are settled at the end of each transfer to the driver unless a prepayment is required 24 hours before.
The Service
- The behaviour of all travellers throughout the expedition lies within your jurisdiction. In the improbable circumstance that any passenger leads to the contamination of the vehicle, a sanitation charge of 80 € shall be levied.
- The ingestion of food, beverages, and/or engaging in smoking is explicitly forbidden within the interior of the vehicle.
- To ensure the safety of all young passengers, it is obligatory to properly secure children by their age, weight, and height. Ideally, parents should furnish and install fitting child seats. The driver has the option to retain such seats for utilization on the journey back.
- Mrs Taxi Crete strictly abides by the passenger limits set by its insurance and licensing. Surpassing these limits is not allowed.
Cancellations
If you find it necessary to cancel your booking, please contact Mrs Taxi Crete at your earliest convenience. Should a cancellation occur after the vehicle has been dispatched, a charge may be applicable. The amount of this charge will depend on the distance or time covered by the assigned driver before the cancellation takes effect. Typically, airport journeys are dispatched up to 3 hours before the scheduled flight arrival and 5 hours before the scheduled flight departure. For local journeys, dispatching usually takes place up to 2 hours before the appointed time.

Non-Show Policy
- “Non-show” refers to a situation where the customer is not present at the designated point on the specified date at the agreed-upon time.
- In the event of a non-show, the transfer will be billed in full, as if the service were successfully executed.
- If the customer has only paid a partial amount of the total and fails to appear for the transfer, the remaining balance will be charged to the customer’s card. If the customer has paid nothing for the transfer, then the driver will report it to the tourist police with all the documents, to take the money.
- If, during the online booking process, the customer provides an incorrect address or time of departure, or fails to provide an address at all, the “no-show” rule will be applied.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to furnish a pickup address that is accessible to the selected vehicle.
Liability
- Mrs Taxi Crete will make every reasonable effort to ensure your timely arrival at the destination. However, it shall not assume liability for losses incurred due to delays caused by road or traffic conditions beyond its control during the journey. Under no circumstances shall Mrs Taxi Crete be held liable (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise) for the loss of profits, business, or any indirect or consequential losses.
- All luggage is transported entirely at your own risk.
- Mrs Taxi Crete reserves the right to cancel all services and issue refunds in the event of a declared national emergency, riot, war, fuel shortage, extreme weather, terrorist attack, or other circumstances beyond its control. If a breakdown occurs during your journey, Mrs Taxi Crete will make every effort to arrange an alternative vehicle to complete the journey promptly.
- You are responsible for indemnifying Mrs Taxi Crete against all losses, costs, damages, and expenses arising from the actions or omissions of any passenger in your party.
- Neither party excludes or limits its liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for wilful default, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other instances where such limitation is deemed unenforceable by applicable law.
Termination
Mrs Taxi Crete reserves the right to reject or terminate any booking promptly if it poses a risk of harm, violence, or abuse to any driver or vehicle, either by you or any passenger in your party. In such cases, all passengers will be requested to exit the vehicle at the earliest safe opportunity. No refunds will be issued if the journey is terminated midway through the hire.
Miscellaneous
- Mrs Taxi Crete retains the option to subcontract its responsibilities under this Agreement. Conversely, you are prohibited from assigning, transferring, or delegating any of your rights or obligations under this Agreement.
- Mrs Taxi Crete holds the authority to modify these terms and conditions at any time by posting changes online. It is advised to regularly review these terms to stay informed of any alterations. All existing bookings will be honoured at the quoted rate or the applicable rate in effect at the time of booking.
- Mrs Taxi Crete will handle, process, and utilize all information about your details to the requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998.
- This Agreement, along with any accompanying quotation, constitutes the comprehensive understanding between you and Mrs Taxi Crete regarding its subject matter. In case of any disparity between the terms of this Agreement and the quotation, the terms of this Agreement shall take precedence.
- No provision in this Agreement is intended to confer benefits upon any third party, whether under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 or otherwise. No third party shall possess the right to enforce any rights under this Agreement unless otherwise explicitly agreed upon in writing.
Transporting Children
Infants and children are deemed passengers, and the customer must inform the company about the age of the infant/child. This information is essential for selecting the appropriate seat to ensure their safety. We will provide you with extra seats at no extra cost.
