What information is necessary if I want to book a taxi online?

How do I know my reservation has been processed correctly?

Can I book a taxi for a pickup at Heraklion Airport?

If you are sure you have come out of the right exit, then contact us to help you and give you further information!

If my flight is delayed, should I inform you?

No, you have no obligation. We have communication with the airport and we know the exact time of arrival!

What are the extra charges at the end of my transfer?

There is no extra charge and you will pay what you already know!

How is payment made?

Once your transport has finished and you get the proof, then you pay the driver by credit card or cash!

How long will the driver wait for us to clear customs?

The driver will normally wait up to 60 minutes after your flight has landed before making enquiries with the airline, customs or immigration. After this procedure, if there is no sign of the passenger the driver will leave the airport.
